These terms and conditions apply to all and any business undertaken by or any dealing withOrientation Angels (“the Company”) by any and every other party to the contract (“the Client”). In the event of conflict with any other terms and conditions these terms and conditions shall prevail and change or variation will be valid only if confirmed in writing by the Company.
The Client shall pay the Company, in accordance to the agreed fee at the time of order.
All Account and charges paid direct by an organisation are payable within 14 days of invoice date.
All workshops fees to be received at least 14 days before the start of the workshop.
Cancellation charges
1-14 days before the start date – 100% of the workshop fee payable 15-28 days before the start date - 50% of the workshop fee payable 28 + days before the start date - No charge
Cancellation and Liability
Standard workshop - As the maximum number of delegates is workshop dependent, the Company reserves the right to cancel a workshop and offer confirmed delegates' alternative dates or a full refund. This rule does not apply to workshops that are tailor designed to suit delegate's individual needs.
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its duties due to death, illness, accident, industrial dispute or any reason outside the Company's control .
Substitute delegates
Please telephone Orientation Angels with the substitute delegate's name, (no penalty charged)
Transfer of date of workshop
1-14 days before start date – 50% of the workshop fee payable15-28 days before start date – No charge
Location:
The Company will advise the Client where the workshop will be held prior to payment.
On-site workshops at the Client's premises -
In addition to the agreed workshop fee, the following additional charges may also apply:- Air Fare, Mileage charged at 60p per mile, Train Fare, Hotel Accommodation, Meals.
Confidentiality :
We will keep confidential all particulars of delegates attending our workshops. We do not exchange, transfer, or sell any confidential information to third parties.
